Process and packages Vespene Gas produced by any geyser it is constructed over gathered by the Zerg Drone.

  • Gamete Meiosis: Increases reproductive rate of queens parasites.
  • Spawn Broodlings: Enables the Queen to infest her enemies with a spore then errupts and attacks near by units.
  • Parasite: By attaching tiny Parasite to enemy Zerg can see through the eyes of infested victim.
  • Ensnare: Queen vomits spores slowing down any unit that it comes in contact with.
  • Infestation: By infesting Terran Command Center brings forth the Infest Terran into the swarm

Creep Colonies

These buildings both provide creep that can house additional Zerg structures and, with a mutation, can be particullarly effective "auto-defense" systems.

Extremely useful for interconnecting Zerg bases that are under constant attack, these structures allow Zerg ground forces to travel between two of them instantaneously.

  • Metasynaptic Node: This mutation increases the rate at which bio-toxins are secreted.
  • Dark Swarm: The Difiler discharges a thick cloud of parasitic creatures that negate all ranged attacks that pass through it.
  • Plague: The Defiler releases acidic toxins that cause damage to anyone trapped within the corrosive cloud.
  • Consume: By devouring members of its own Brood, the Defiler can absorb the vital energies of its victims.

Ultralisk Cavern

This evil-looking structure enables the production of the heavy hitting Zerg ground troop: the Ultralisk.
